In Asterbel's indoor pool (14 m, 31–33 °C), every stroke becomes a moment of gentle relaxation.
Massage jets help release tension, while the design – created by a South Tyrolean artist – creates a calm and elegant atmosphere.
The integrated whirlpool revitalizes tired muscles and provides a soothing experience for body and mind.
Dress On Textile Sauna
In the pool area, we have created a gentle sauna for both young and old guests, where families can relax together. Pleasant temperatures and the possibility of using the sauna in swimwear make it the ideal place for a relaxing break after an eventful day in the Braies Dolomites. Here, adults and children can enjoy wellness moments together in a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere.

The entire wellness area, including the infinity saltwater pool, sauna world and relaxation rooms, is reserved for guests aged 16 and over. This creates a particularly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere where mindfulness, regeneration and well-being take center stage.

Float weightlessly in warm saltwater while gazing across the infinity edge toward the majestic peaks of the Dolomites – the new heated infinity saltwater pool seamlessly connects nature with wellness.
At 20 meters in length and with pleasant temperatures between 31–35 °C (depending on the season), it combines soothing warmth with breathtaking alpine views. The mineral-rich mountain water enriched with salt is gentle on the skin and eyes, stimulates circulation and creates a deep sense of relaxation.
The adjacent sun lounge invites guests to embrace the tranquility of the mountains, feel the warmth of the sun and fully enjoy the moment.
Sauna World
The sauna world is a peaceful retreat for those who wish to experience relaxation consciously. In addition to traditional saunas, adventure showers provide a refreshing and invigorating cooling experience.
Each form of heat therapy offers new benefits for the immune system, the skin and inner balance.
