The sun is shining across the whole region, with just a few high clouds passing through. A few cumulus clouds will develop later on, but mostly no thunderstorms are expected.
Temperatures
Temperatures will rise to 32° in the Wipptal and up to 36° in the Etschtal.
Next evolution
Saturday will bring no significant change, with plenty of sunshine and temperatures remaining above average.
Sunday will also be sunny, with isolated heat-related thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will rise slightly further.
Monday will start off sunny, but thunderstorms are likely to become more frequent in the afternoon. Temperatures will drop slightly.
On Tuesday, there will be widespread sunshine in the morning, whilst a few thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon.

Weather in the mountains
High air pressure, combined with hot air masses, ensures stable conditions.
The sun will often shine on the mountains of South Tyrol. A few cumulus clouds will form during the day, but the risk of thunderstorms remains low. It will be very warm again.
Mountain weather tomorrow
The high-pressure system is set to persist and, together with very warm air masses, will bring midsummer conditions.
Midsummer conditions continue to prevail in the mountains, with plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures. Isolated heat-related thunderstorms cannot be ruled out in the afternoon and evening.
