Hotel Terms and Cancellation Policy:

Arrival and Departure:

• Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability of a prepared room. In case of arrival after 6:00 p.m., we kindly ask for timely notification.

• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.

 

Early Check-in:

• Early check-in from 8:00 a.m. with breakfast is possible upon request and subject to availability, for an additional fee.

 

Late Check-out:

• Late check-out until 7:00 p.m. with access to the wellness area is possible upon request.
• Use of the room and/or the afternoon buffet is subject to an additional charge. Late check-out with room access is available only at short notice and subject to availability. 

 

Reservations:

• Your reservation becomes valid upon written confirmation by email.

• If no deposit or other guarantee is required, the reservation is considered binding immediately.
• For families, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance: European Travel Insurance 

• We reserve the right to request a deposit via bank transfer.

Cancellations:

For private bookings, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellations from 3 days before arrival or no-shows: 100% of the total amount.

The paid confirmation deposit ("Caparra confirmatoria") is non-refundable under any circumstances and cannot be applied to a future stay.

• If the booking is confirmed with cancellation insurance, cancellation costs still amount to 100% of the booking price.

For agency bookings or groups of more than 15 people, different cancellation policies apply:

To confirm the reservation, we require a non refundable deposit, starting from amount of the first night until 20% of the whole amount.

• Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival: Only the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellations from 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellations within the last 14 days or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount.

In case of changes to the persons staying in the room, the price will only be reduced by the amount corresponding to the dinners not taken.

Payment Methods:

• Payment in cash, with debit or credit card is possible.


Room Number:

• We do our best to meet your preferences regarding room number or floor.

• In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to relocate rooms of the same category or offer a free upgrade.


No Smoking Policy:

• All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. 

Hiking:

• Use of our hiking descriptions is at your own risk. We do not assume liability for accuracy or completeness of the information. Guests are responsible for checking conditions before setting out on any tour.

Children:

• Our hotel is a place of peace, rest and relaxation. To preserve this special atmosphere, children are welcome from the age of 6 in certain periods and/or room categories.

• Upon request, we will be happy to provide information about the available options and prepare a tailored offer.

Pets:

• Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome for an additional charge and only during certain periods in rooms 101–104. A prior request is required.

• Your four-legged companion may access all public areas, with the exception of the wellness area and garden.
