Good honest South Tyrolean delicacies made with the best local produce characterise our culinary offering. We also serve you Italian and international delicacies. A fine drop of wine rounds off your meal.
Your pleasure begins first thing with a healthy and balanced breakfast buffet: Health-conscious guests enjoy freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices, many different mueslis, yoghurts, different types of bread, a large selection of teas, jams and home-made preserves, organic and gluten-free products and much more for a healthy breakfast. If you prefer a sumptuous breakfast, there are also eggs, fried bacon, cold meats and cheeses, toast, biscuit buffet and much more. We are particularly proud of our selection of homemade breakfast cakes.
From 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm we offer an afternoon snack. The buffet is laden with various salads,soup, hearty snacks and delicacies, homemade desserts, strudel, tea and juices.
