Hotel Terms and Cancellation Policies:
Check-in and Check-out:
• Rooms are ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM. Early arrivals may be accommodated based on availability and preparedness of the room.
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please notify us in advance.
Early Check-In:
• An early check-in starting from 8:00 AM inclusive of breakfast is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee.
Late Check-Out:
• A late check-out with access to the wellness area until 7:00 PM is available upon request. An additional fee is charged for room and buffet usage. Late check-out is subject to availability and can only be booked last-minute.
Wireless LAN in the Hotel:
• Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.
Reservations:
• Your reservation will be confirmed with a reservation confirmation. We reserve the right to request a credit card number, travel insurance, or deposit as a guarantee.
• If no deposit or other guarantee was requested, the booking is immediately binding.

Smoking:
• All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
Cancellations:
For private bookings, the following cancellation conditions apply:
• Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the booking price.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the total amount.
Advance payments (Caparre) will be retained in any case.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
For bookings made through travel agencies or groups of more than 15 people, separate cancellation conditions apply.

• Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the booking price.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the total amount.
Payment Methods:
• Cash, debit card, or credit card are accepted.
Room Number/Category:
• We strive to accommodate your preferences regarding room number or floor.
• In extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to switch between rooms of the same price category or to upgrade the room category as needed.
Hiking:
• Please note that the use of hiking descriptions is at your own risk. We assume no liability for the accuracy or completeness of the information. It is your responsibility to inform yourself about the conditions before starting an activity.
Dogs:
• Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed in the double rooms Romantik and Komfort for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance of your booking.
• You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to all public areas, except for the wellness areas where they are not permitted.
